Good reasons to write

Write when a product has become difficult to explain, a critical flow makes users hesitate, or a team needs a sharper interaction model before it builds more screens. I am most useful on complex financial products, developer tools, operational software, design systems, and early product ideas that need both structure and craft. A useful first note includes the problem, who feels it, what has already been tried, and the decision you need to make.

Email is the most reliable channel for professional inquiries. I also publish work and short notes through the social profiles below. Please do not send confidential customer data, passwords, access tokens, private research, or unreleased company material in an initial message. A short public-safe description is enough to decide whether a conversation makes sense. I usually reply in English.
